The Intention Circle in Federal way

*** This is a special Intention Circle for our friends in South Seattle! ***

At each meeting, we will have time to share our experiences with intentions and manifestation. We will then take time to write out specific intentions that we wish to put forth.

People who wish to share their intentions may do so, and others around the circle will have a chance to make suggestions as to how to modify it to make it more probable for manifesting.

When people have had a chance to share their intentions, we will then, as a group, put forth our intentions, sending support for our own as well as the circle's desires.

Our agenda is simple:

1. Opening meditation to clear our minds and prepare us for the great work we will be doing!
2. Check-in (Introductions, Share experiences with intentions since last meeting)
3. Discuss tips for creating intentions and take time to write them down
4. Receive suggestions on creating clear intentions that will manifest what we REALLY want
5. Express gratitude for something in our lives and share our intentions with the circle
6. Do a round of EFT to clear doubts and self-talk that get in the way of manifesting our intentions
7. Perform an abbreviated One-Command meditation with our intentions in mind
8. Do a closing meditation to give support for all of the intentions put forth by the circle members

Date/Time: Monday, 7:00pm-9:00pm
Cost: Suggested donation of $5 or more (to cover the room fee - no one is turned away due to finances!)
