What is best evening & time for HEALTH,NUTRITION & WELLBEING CLASSES ?. (One & half hours....Dublin City Centre....possibly off Stephen's Green). Classes will cover food, toxins, alkalinity, hydration, exercise, attitude, sleep, sunlight, earthing/grounding, four pillars of healthy bones, probiotics and the immune system, how sugar, protein, oxygen and pH affect cancer, etc. Donal.
