Introduction

Rocky is the fourth sheltie who has owned me. He and I have been coming down from our home in Atlanta to visit my mother; she passed away this January so my plans are unsettled. Rocky loves his dog park in Atlanta but loved his visit here.

What activities have you done with your Sheltie

Rocky and I have not been involved in any extracurricular sheltie activities. I have worked him on the agility equipment back in Atlanta and he is a fast learner.

Do you have a interesting story you can tell us at the meetup?

Rocky is a dictator. He takes his jpbs seriously: helping me move the trash can out to the curb and back, vacuuming the rug and blowing the patio off. He has to take care of his female human who doesn't have as much sense as he does.

Tell us the name and age of your Sheltie.

Rocky is nearly four years old and is mahogany sable and white.

The owners and their furry friends are great. Everyone seems to get along with everyone else. The furry friends level of socialization was even better. I noticed some of the very shy newly adopted dogs were relaxed and started to come out and mix with their new friends.
