As an avid Jet Sweater for over 15 years, I'm always looking to discover new locations and encourage people to take advantage of this great self care technique. THE Basic JET & SWEAT ROUTINE: Start in the Jacuzzi for 15- 20 mins, getting a good water massage into all those sore muscles. Pop in the shower for a scrub and cool rinse. Warm-up and stretch in the Sauna 10 - 20 mins, rest time then another cool/cold rinse then open those pours again for a good sweat in the Sauna for 10 - 20 mins. All going at your own pace and comfort level. With practice you become more a custom to the extreme in temperatures and welcome them :)
My favorite benefits are cleansing the body of toxins; lactic acid build up; pollution; alcohol, easy joint pain and the bonus burns calories! After a good sweat I feel refreshed, revitalized and know I'm going to have a great sleep that night!
