Hi. I’m Andrea Amador, professional certified empowerment coach, Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and body image/self esteem expert. Because let's face it. Diets don't work. and now even the medical community is beginning to get it. According to a composite survey of 31 different research studies done at UCLA back in April of 2007, it's been proven that up to 98% of all people who lose weight through dieting, will regain back everything they've lost and more within 2-5 years. The reason for diet's miserable reputation is because diets fail to address the emotions that push you to eat when you're not hungry.

I've learned from hard earned experience, if you don't learn to love your 'before' body, you'll never be able to keep your 'after' body, and if you've ever lost and regained weight as I have, you know how devastatingly painful it is to face that heartbreak and I'm here to help you overcome your weight and food obsession so that you'll never have to fear food again.

As a curvy plus-size gal myself I've been dieting for decades, and from plenty of painful experience and precious time wasted hating my thighs, I now understand that you have to change your insides before you can change your outsides. In other words, you can't get thinner, if you're thinking fat, and diets keep you thinking and feeling fat.

As a professional coach, I'm here to guide you along the road to making peace with food and friends with your body. Better strap in, because this ride is not for wimps.
