Building a Viral Project in Under 24 Hours

It's usually hard to get your startup attention from blogs and potential users. Well there's a way to solve that problem and only it takes a matter of hours. Quick, simple, viral projects are the answer. In this talk I'm going to share some secrets behind some viral projects I've made: Notification Control http://notificationcontrol.com/, Falafel Day http://falafelday.com/, Mapped In Israel http://mappedinisrael.com/ and more. I'll also talk about some incredible viral projects people have made around the world and what you can learn from them. By the end you'll hopefully understand how helpful these projects can be for your personal brand and startup and be ready to get started with your own project. Bio: I love making things that help me personally and other people. I worked at Wibiya/Conduit and Kampyle. Most recently made Mapped In Israel http://mappedinisrael.com/. Moved to Israel one year ago after I finished high school. My projects are listed here: http://benjaminlang.com/

Ben hardly explained about how to make the business viral. His best notion about the subject was "build something they will like and it will take off by its own", which was disappointing. The lecture also didn't say anything about "how to BUILD a viral project" it was merely a (very) quick overview about what Ben did. Also, almost none of Ben's projects (and the ones he discussed) was commercial in nature, if taking under consideration that everyone who attended the lecture are entrepreneurs with commercial ventures, this wasn't the ideal audience too. So the topic of the lecture was misleading as far as I'm concerned, but the atmosphere was nice and Ben made a good impression.

I have a potent viral video concept that would benefit a multitude of Israeli startups. If you are a video related startup let's chat.
