Proper kettlebell instruction is imperative to your success. Many infomercials and some non-kettlebell-certified personal trainers do not show proper technique and could cause injury to individuals starting a fitness program.
I would like to add that this is not Cross-Fit kettlebell style.
I offer SFG-StrongFirst Girya(RKC is the predecessor of SFG) style kettlebell instruction and have been certified to teach. Learning the kettlebell is a skill that should be practiced regularly which provides an excellent workout as well as an amazing body transformation. It is the best all around fitness for all levels from the beginner to the extreme athlete. This extreme hand-held gym can lean you out if you are overweight or it can build you up if you are underweight. It provides strength and flexibility simultaneously. You will see fast results in the least amount of time. It is a great compliment to any fitness program but I choose to use it as my main fitness tool.
