Meditation is exercise for the mind. Learn to be calm and focused, relaxed and centered. Join us for the uplifting spiritual energy of meditating within a group. We will do different types of meditations as the group chooses. We hope to see you soon.
We hope to share and learn from each other's knowledge. Any material that you have on these subjects would be appreciated and welcomed.
This is a safe positive atmosphere to voice your ideas about spirituality & metaphysics.
We respect our similarities, our differences and that we are all entitled to have opinions. Its ok to agree and disagree with each other. But most of all, let's please respect each other and be kind to one another. This is a donation based meet-up to cover operating fees. Donations are appreciated but not necessary.
