Just wanted to make everyone of a new poll I posted on the group site. I've heard from a few people that they have a hard time making a 5:30 class after work & I'm considering changing the class time. I would like your input, though & would appreciate it if you took a couple of minutes to cast your vote.
On another note, I'm also considering adding a weekend (either Sat or Sun) class. This class probably wouldn't be in the same location. If you have any suggestions on either times on the weekends or locations, please let me know.
Learn and practice practical self-defense and striking skills. Krav Maga is known for its use of instinctual movements and reality-based drills and scenarios.
The basic premise of Krav Maga is "don't get hurt." This means out on the street as well as in the training hall. We take care of our partners during training and while we try to make training as realistic as possible, we do so with concern for their safety.
There is balance in our training and we acknowledge that developing our mental capabilities is just as important as developing our physical techniques. Controlling emotions, dealing with stress, and improving our physical techniques are all parts that make up the whole of the Krav Maga system.
