9:00 a.m. Coffee Chat - Start the morning out by joining us for coffee at MacKenzie's Bakery at 527 Harrison St at Gull Rd.

10:00 a.m. Walk - The Riverside Cemetery offers an opportunity to walk at a comfortable pace on flat roads. Also, hills are available for those who are seeking an aerobic challenge.  You can walk 1-mile or more, and for 1-hour, more or less.  It is your choice at this convenient location as you are always close to your car.

Consider the walk canceled if there is a storm,  negative wind chill, or icy roads.

Wind Chill Tips and Chart:  A temp of 10 degrees and wind speed of 10 mph will “feel like”  –4 degrees F.  Wind Chill chart and guidelines from the National Weather Service at  http://www.nws.noaa.gov/om/windchill/images/wind-chill-brochure.pdf

From MacKenzie's Bakery we have several walking options: Riverside Cemetery, Kalamazoo River Valley Trail (3 different trails), and Spring Valley Park.

Please RSVP. Update your RSVP, if you decide not to come.

Sorry Dave. I missed you. Another couple did show up and apparently missed you, too. I'm hoping you can make it again soon.

Hope next Wed. weather will inspire us to get out to walk.
