Good Morning Ladies
This Saturday we will meet at the Avenue of the Fountain and break into two groups. We will both ride together to the golf course, where the long course will continue out to climb up 9 mile hill. The short course will turn around and head back to the Fountain. The short course will be a challenging 20+ mile ride.
To prep for this ride start drinking water today, your skin and body will thank you. with the weather getting warm fill your water bottle 1/2 fill and place them in the freezer on a slant, then top them off the morning of the ride. try not to drop the water bottle while frozen they will break. You can also fill your camblepac this way just make sure you place it in the freezer with the straw end up.
Eat a good dinner and a light breakfast.
This will be a SAG supported ride for the Long course. so please RSVP. I would rather have too much supplies than not enough.
The Ladies ask that you plan on a 4 hr Bike ride
