Good Morning Ladies
This week marks the beginning of a series of Climbs, I Choose the B line to Shea as the first climb because it is steady, with grades varying from .03 to 1.8%. This type of climbing will help us learn how to ride with a Hi Cadence and how to read a road. The 5 miles between Mc Dowell rd and Gilbert rd will have small rises and falls, with in the next 6 miles, from Gilbert to shea is where the 1.3 and 1.8 % climbs reside. When doing this ride saturday try and notice this.
We will be meet at the Tribe at 5:45 am ready to ride at 6 am, Plan on a 4 hr bike ride. Please have a good dinner on Thursday and Friday. Eat a light breakfast on Saturday morning. With the tempertures hanging in there Prep your water bottles and yourself starting today.
