We are excited to have you aboard!!
Meeting up with this group you will be joining other fellow residents from local, surrounding or distant areas who are interested in improving their overall wellbeing by discovering the benefits of breathing, relaxation, meditation and gentle yoga exercises on the beach.

This Meetup group was created as a form of socialization and support system for those who are in search of a new healthy way of life. Designed for those in the workforce who may feel highly or slightly stressed out due to job demands;for homemakers who would like to engage in more outdoor activities and to connect to new interesting people pusuing the same health wise goals; and in general for every person who is in a moment in their lives where they are making a conscious decision to take action and care for themselves, their overall health, mental, emotional and physical.
This Meetup group is especially designed to make use of our rich and incredible natural resources such as our beautiful beaches, contact with our nature such as water, sand, air, wind, and simply practice commonly known yoga relaxation exercises to gradually achieve our goal of a healthier overall being.
Our groups will serve as a way to network with others and to possibly provide support through our mere presence, expericences shared and interactions.
Every week we will use different beach locations within the city of Laguna Beach. All beautiful spots with outstanding scenery. Just bring your towel, a mat, water, comfortable clothes and a smile. :)
Meetup Groups are not conducted by a Yoga expert or Yoga certified instructor.These are gentle yoga practicesmainly involving breathing, relaxation and stretching.
By joining this meetup group, you acknowledge that neither our fellow participants and/or organizers are liable for any personal injury or any remotly possible damage of any type during, prior to or after these meetup sessions.
Sessions will have a nominal fee of $3.00. This will facilitate the continuity of future group activities scheduled.

Please RSVP for your Meetups with time ahead. Additionally if you have RSVP'd but will need to cancel your participation, please update your response as earliest as you have knowledge of it, to allow others in Waiting List to join.
