Meet fellow Raw Foodists at the new Organic Music Cafe in Lake Worth, featuring an all organic vegan and raw menu and great World Music. Hosted by Robert Ross, creator of RawFoodLife.com, #1 on Google for "raw food" searches. Robert studied nutrition at U.C. Berkeley and has been a raw foodist foodist for 15 years. He taught raw food extensively at the Optimum Health Institute in San Diego until 2001 and currently teaches at meetups in South Florida as well as Raw Spirit Festivals. Robert's teaching focuses on the Science of Raw Food, believing that understanding the Raw Truth empowers us in our raw lifestyle. At these Meetups Robert will answer questions about raw food that you've probably been afraid to ask, and you'll learn to understand the physiology of consciousness and well being.
