Interested in adventure racing?

I've ran a few and live them.

Do you have any fitness goals? What are they?

Quality of life, body composition, overall fitness; strength, endurance, power, flexibility.

What is your current fitness level? (ie. Couch potato-not really active, kinda fit but not active, kinda active, really active)

Pretty fit. 5 serious workouts a week. Yoga and outdoor hiking and mountain biking too.
