Get ready to participate in an interactive discussion group for people who have or are interested in consensual non-monogamy! This group will explore topics common to people in polyamorous relationships, provide information and resources, and highlight the diversity within our community.
(This is the topic that was rescheduled from October's discussion.)
This month's topic will be UNDERSTANDING AND MANAGING JEALOUSY facilitated by @KayLovelay and @raechild. Jealousy can be a useful emotion when we learn to process it in a healthy way. It can alert us to a need that is not being met or an insecurity or fear that we may want to overcome. But jealousy can also be harmful to our relationship(s) if we merely react to it rather than address it.
We invite you to come and learn how others manage their own jealousy and support their partner(s) as they work through theirs as well as share some of your own tips, tools, and resources.
As always, we will also be discussing whatever gets thrown into the circle so bring your topics to bounce off of others in the community, and get feedback on things you've been thinking about.
Toward the end of the discussion, please let us know which topics you would like to see come up in the future!
