Ian, your presentation was professional from start to finish. Thank you for tailoring it first to beginners and later to advanced WP users. You taught me the importance of speed optimization and what steps to take to achieve it. I learned about performing regularly scheduled site audits; updating ASAP the newest versions of WP and plug-ins; caching types; testing plug-ins before putting them on a site; specific plug-ins that are built for speed; lowering bounce rates; increasing rankings on search engines; the importance of image compression and so much more. I appreciate all the link recommendations you provided to speed up my learning curve and for sharing the slide presentation and audio portion of your presentation with all who attended. YOU delivered!
