What's your involvement with educational games or software?

I'm currently working on ideas of how software can be used in education. How games could be used in the teaching and learning of the national curriculum. How games could promote good life long learning habits.

What do you hope to get from this meetup group?

I'd like to meet people who are making games for educational purposes, discuss ideas and find more work for myself in this area.

Do you have a product, website or blog you'd like to share? is a little bee themed game I recently made for Friends of the Earth. Hopefully it will help introduce more people to THE BEE CAUSE campaign.

Hi, I've designed and coded a number of educational games over the years, for the BBC, WWF, Friends of the Earth, Science Museum and Riverside Museum. It's rewarding work that I really get into and love the way learning can be designed to be fun.
