Job interview preparation workshop

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Job interviews are challenging and stressful even in your native language - excelling in a job interview in a foreign language is even more challenging.

This workshop offers some careful preparation and practice that help you gain confidence to talk about your background and experience as well as getting across your personality and skills effectively.

The session is limited to only 4 students to allow more speaking time and attention to each participant.

SESSION PLAN

The first part of the session will be focused on acquiring new vocabulary appropriate for job interviews. Finding the right words to express your thoughts and ideas is an essential part of interview success.

The second part of the session will involve doing a simulated interview where you can actually practice what you might say in a real interview. Hopefully you'll be able to put into practice some of the new words and expressions from earlier in the session.

To conclude the session there will be detailed feedback for each participant.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
