East End circular from Liverpool Street Station

This is a 5 mile circular walk from Liverpool Street station going through Shoreditch, Hoxton, Haggerston and Spitalfields via Columbia Road Flower Market, Hoxton Street Market and Hackney City Farm.

The Bishopsgate exit of Liverpool street station looks like:

I will wait at street level next to the Starbucks booth at 2pm. That's where the two grey pillars are in the photo above.

Break point and latecomers pickup point is around 2.45pm-3.15pm at Geffrye Museum (near Hoxton overground station). We'll stop for half an hour and meet back at the Geffrye statue to continue our walk. See picture below:

I am aiming to finish the walk by around 5pm at a pub near Liverpool Street Station.

Hello! I am originally down as just me, I was wondering if I could bring along my boyfriend and puppy? She's super cute and friendly... Boyfriend is ok. (Just kidding- but he is house-trained.)

    thanks will it be muddy
    thanks

I think comfortable walking shoes should do, of course if it rains before the day it will be wet, but this is an urban walk so it shouldn't be muddy.

      February 24

    • Tania D

Comfortable shoes for walking shoes are fine. We will be sticking to paved areas.

How about a coffee stop at Pelliccis in Bethnal Green Road. It's a proper old style cafe, the sort that seems to be dying out.

    2 · January 4, 2014

    • Tania D

Might be a good toilet stop too. :-)
