I started this group to get across how deceptively simple and easy it is to experience a complete spiritual awakening/opening up and show the benefits it can have in day to day life.

Those include more direction, focus, better listening skills, a sense of being complete and the ability to relate better to others.

It’s also there to provide a vibrant, friendly, relaxed and approachable atmosphere to socialise, learn and grow by meeting more local, like-minded people.

The aim is to provide a focal point for people who have already had a spiritual awakening or peak experience and want to take it further.

It's also for those who are curious and open-minded, and for people who have always wanted to open up more but aren't sure how, who to go to or are afraid to do it on their own.

My focus has always been about taking away the fear, making the process practical, fun and accessible - and dispelling a lot of the myths around this subject.
