Chairs are available as well as cushions so you can come straight from work without needing a change of clothing. No need to book - just turn up, sit down and relax! Themes covered will include: calming the body and relaxing the mind; the happiness switch; reduce stress and stop the cycle of repetitive negative thought patterns; how to befriend yourself and open your heart to others.
