The Power of Habit: Pimlico Sessions

Join us to discuss Charles Duhigg's New York Times best seller, The Power of Habit.


In The Power of Habit, award-winning business reporter Charles Duhigg takes us to the thrilling edge of scientific discoveries that explain why habits exist and how they can be changed. With penetrating intelligence and an ability to distill vast amounts of information into engrossing narratives, Duhigg brings to life a whole new understanding of human nature and its potential for transformation.

The Session

The session kicks off at 6.30pm and lasts approximately 1 and a half hours. An agenda with key questions arising from the text will be used to frame the discussion. It's a creative session where everyone is encouraged to contribute and share.

The conversation will spill over to a local bar for drinks.

No Book?

Normally Pimlico Library order in the books for the group, but this month they didn't manage to. Get it from your local library, borrow it from a friend, or buy for yourself (it's worthy of a place in anyone's home library!). It's available here from Amazon. Kindle version also available. 

Location & Travel

Pimlico Library is in a great location. Newly modernised, surround by bars and eateries, and just a 2 minute walk from Pimlico tube station. Victoria is also nearby and the library is served by a number of buses.

On arrival just ask at the library front desk to be pointed in the direction of our room.
