Hi Justin, I've no problem to setting the venue to a more central place unless somebody else won't have any other issue. The obvious problem is these very central places are also quite busy: please let me know if you have a place in mind (I need to check it later Monday if I can find a replacement). Until a new venue is not found I'll leave the current one. Thanks by the way for your presentation offer and please let me know when it will be a good time.

Transport is a very big deal. The three largest lines (in terms of long distance) are Central, Piccadilly and Northern Line (also Jubilee). This basically means that Leicester Square is the best bet. It's also right in the middle of town. As far as presentation, I do not have slides ready. But, I can do this no problem. Right now is not the right time anyway. The biggest thought is the right venue in the right place to give everyone a chance to get there without location being a hinderance.

Justin I don't mind about the location. Barbican is pretty central and it is easily to reach (from east and west): perhaps we could set to 7.30 or please let me know if that's a problem. The presentation is a great idea but it needs some preparation: do you have slides ready? I can get in touch with skillsmatter and see if they can host it or I can sell my soul and provide another location for it. Jonathan lucky you! I'll open the RSVP on monday to be sure we finalize the details. thanks
Sounds great! Can you open up the RSVPs so we can see if there's interest?
Hey Justin. I'm not sure how those locations are more convenient. Presumably some people will be coming from the City & Hackney? Makes no difference to me, but I'm guessing you'd need to justify that idea to win people over.

Can we do this at another location more convenient such as Bank, Soho, or even West End? I also recommend getting some dialogue going before a date/venue is set. I wouldn't mind being involved or giving a presentation, so that may come into play as well.
FYI, that date is during PyCon, so I can't make it. Hugs!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
