The London Rejuvenation Group is about rolling back your biological age and specifically reversing the normal loss of bone density and muscle mass that will otherwise occur. The Group’s aim is to help members maintain mobility, thus independence and dignity, right into advanced old age. Both men and women approaching age 50 will benefit enormously – but for those approaching retirement it is vital to start now in order to pursue those passions, sports and hobbies that you will finally have the time (and money) to indulge.
