With over 400 types of cheese produced in Italy, there is so much more to be enjoyed than mozzarella, parmigiano and gorgonzola! In the elegant surroundings of the Antique Wine Company's purpose built tasting room a range of superb quality Italian cheeses from artisanal producers will be paired perfectly with a range of fine wines from Italy.
The evening will start at 7pm with a Francaciorta reception - Francaciorta is the sparkling wine made from Champagne grapes by the Champagne method produced in Northern Italy.
The Cheese and Wine Masterclass will take place between 7.30-9. Three different cheeses will be matched to three different white, red and dessert wines - so there will be 9 wines and 9 cheeses in all. Here is the full list of wines:
