I started this group to support, inspire, and guide people who are seeking inner peace and freedom, the freedom that does not depend upon beliefs, concepts, events, or circumstances.

The purpose is to share the teaching and practice in my eBook, END YOUR STORY, BEGIN YOUR LIFE (www.endyourstory.com). During our meetups we engage in dialogue, free-floating Q & A (no subject is taboo), and practices like silent sitting, self-inquiry, eye-gazing, etc.

And the goal? For everyone, full awakening to the inner freedom that is our birthright. As I say in the book: “I have written this book for one reason: if you absorb the teaching, and learn to do the practice every time you experience emotional conflict, upset, or suffering, you will yourself awaken to freedom much, much quicker than I did.”

The more of us that find freedom, the more of us there are to help others find it!
