FREE - Wild Currant Foraging and potluck.

There are tons of wild currant ready for the picking, so let's meet and go forage.

We start at around 10AM and we'll go to the wild currant location. Bring a bag, some music, lots of water to drink, sun protection and load up with those wonderful berries.

They're fantastic to make jams, sauces and even wine. You can dehydrate them too.

At around noon, we'll meet at the usual table (if you've been with us before) for a potluck, so bring food, drinks, fruits, chips, salsa, etc...

Let's have a good time and if you've not been to a meetup recently, it's a perfect occasion to say hello and meet recent members.

See u there!!!!!!!!!!!

I missed the potluck because I kept finding black currants. Got back to the parking area about 1:00.

Sure - kids are fine. It's really not a class or workshop, we're just there to collect wild currant.
