Friday's Foraging Walk - Let's hunt for wild edibles!!!

Every Friday morning, I go on a foraging hike and exploration to gather wild food we'll be using to create various dishes for our weekend classes and workshop.

I suggest you bring water, sunscreen, a foraging bag, as well as a gardening knife or pocket knife to harvest the plants. Please wear sensible hiking shoes and long sleeves and pants as there may be poison oak along the trails.  \

This is a great way to learn about the seasonality of wild food and what’s available for beginners and advanced foragers.

We won't have any wild food tasting at the end of the class, it's just a foraging walk.

Time: 10 A.M. (Walk is around 2hrs)

Donation: $10.00 (Use Paypal or Cash/Check at the outing)
