Download SNAPUP by clicking here to take and share photos to post this page in real time from your phone.

The last time we ALL got together was last year when Meetup Founder Scott popped in.

Over 100 London Meetup Organisers from all walks of life came, the common group was Meetup.
The individual groups varied from businesses, art, politics, education, sport, tech and many more - the vibe was brilliant!

This time Meetup have got together with Talk Talk to throw a party in Social Media Week.
There will be a couple of short talks and then it is all about connecting and sharing ideas over a beer.

Places are limited and you really do need to register on the Meetup Page here.

This is a brilliant opportunity to put words into action and connect.

Come here - make it happen ;=)

Really great meetup event. Great to meet other organisers and share their experiences and ideas. Oh yeah and free t-shirt or two ;-)

Great meeting people with such diverse interests! Given the changes in Meetup would have been good to have had an official representative there. Would appreciate more tips/discussion re running my Meetup from others in future meets, but then my group and how we need to operate is fairly unique compared to many groups I found out about. See you all next time....

Had a fantastic time! I met up with some other meetup organisers I know which was great, met some wonderful new people too and learned some helpful tips plus I laughed a lot too! I learned helpful tips from the speakers AND pretty much everyone I talked to. Great people too. All in all - great and highly recommend this to other meetup organisers.

(4)Hold the group anyway at a place of no cost at no cost for a trial period. The bar for your success is that at least you have to turn up.
    (5) Start a new group with new Keywords. meetup.com will then notify people of the new group...and you may have some new, more active members.
    Trust thats useful..

I feel we need a meetup group to show organizers how to make the best of the meetup groups!

#Better Meetups, Tip #1 5 options in the meantime. (1) Change your keywords linked with your group (2) Check in with Existing members what would make them come to a meetup and what time frame they would be available (3)Link in with other meetups complementary to yours in your Postcode area and create an alliance of groups that support one another Jaz. A few more tips to follow.

Excellent! This was my first Organisers Meet-Up and it was great meeting other organisers and learning more about different groups! The Meet-Up Organisers have done great in creating this on a regular basis. Well done!

Entertaining and a good networking event, but could have done with some seating, and maybe some name badges.

I met a couple of interesting people but I was hoping to have more of a Q&A with the organisers which didn't happen.

Dissapointing! I was 15 minutes late so I may have missed the best bit, but to come across London to hear a completely non inspirational Guru was a complete waste of my time. Fortunately I saw Andy who always has good advice (thank you Andy!) and the organisers that I spoke to had good tips.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
