Getting the vibe in your tribe!

This session we discuss how to create a "vibe in your tribe" in two ways.

A theme that has developed over the last year is the before, during and after of your Meet Up.

This month in the London Meet Up Organisers group we will be looking at how to break the ice at your Meet Up and get people really talking to each other.

The internet is an amazing tool, we think you can't beat a face to face meeting! However, often people are shy and don't know where to start talking and engaging.

After you have broken the ice how do you get connected and conjure up the vibe in your tribe? A Meet Up with a good inter-connected atmosphere and fun vibe will keep people interested and coming back for more whatever the topic or activity.  Diana and Steven are experts in this and will be leading the conversation on this.

Yesterday's meeting was a very useful one for me. Having just become a Meetup organizer, I felt welcomed in the group and a great deal of tips were shared with me by those who have been in the group for longer period. I am happy that I met with experts on communication, website designing etc, because these contacts experience will be tapped into for advice on how I can improve my Life Coaching business -:)

The presenters shared their enthusiasm and were kind enough to offer solutions to a new member for getting her group started.

Perhaps a bit more structure would have been useful, but still some interesting nuggets!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
