How do you deal with members who complain about things that are really beyond what I promise to deliver? I work full time and run a very successful group in Cambridgeshire, I don't charge BUT I get a lot of emails complaining about all sorts that are nothing really in my control, or requesting things that I never promised to deliver. I have objectives set out, warnings about behaviour and I do remove people if they are disruptive but they often treat me like I am paid to take the abuse. Any suggestions?
