Raw Night is moving BACK to the 2nd Thursday of every month!! Next Raw Night is VERY SOON October 10th, so NEXT week THURSDAY. We have an all new menu planned to celebrate the coming of Fall! Get signed up asap so we can get started in preparations. Here is the menu:
Kale Waldorf: Local kale massaged and tossed with local apples, celery, raisins and walnuts tossed in a tangy dressing.
Beet Ravioli: Local beets thinly sliced and stuffed with lightly fermented nut cheese over heirloom tomato herb puree and topped with micro greens.
Cream of Broccoli Soup: Creamy Broccoli soup made with local apples and herbs in a cashew cream base and topped with raw creme fraiche.
Butternut Savory Tart: Hazelnut-Pumpkin seed crust filled with local winter squash, savory herbs and chopped greens topped with sage cream sauce and colorful diced heirloom tomato.
Caramel Apple Cheesecake: Walnut-Pecan crust filled with chunks of local apples and date caramel topped with caramel swirled raw cheesecake.

Since we are going back to Thursdays, gratuity will not be included in the cost, and we will be going back down in price to $30 a person for the complete 5 course Prix Fix meal. We will plan on making a minimum amount of food, so even if you don't get signed up early give us a call to see how many available orders we have for the night. Sorry for the cancellation of last Sunday's planned event, having it on a day we aren't normally open makes it difficult to justify making a such magnanimous catering for too few of people. We feel that having Raw Night on an evening we are normally open will work much better where we have the opportunity to feed more people who just happen upon us on a night we may have extras. Thank you for understanding as we sort out how best to go about our monthly Raw Nights.
