I started this group to support, promote, and help fellow aspiring African American writers in the community. Mahogany welcomes all forms of literary talent.  Our members consist of spoken word poets, poets, novelist, screenwriters, and children’s book authors, published and unpublished talent.

We are also invested in our community and love to be a part of volunteer efforts.

 Please join if you are serious about your creative ability and can be open to construction criticism.
