It's very sad to see groups such as PETA/HSUS have taken over the Ohio legislature/Governor's Office:
The bill passed and will be signed by Kasich:
A lot of attacks on individual freedom in the bill; here is just one that will cost the lives of many dogs and cats:
Rescues must register with the state and provide the names and addresses of all foster homes. Rescues cannot breed dogs. As a breeder, I felt I owed it to my breed to rescue dogs in need and often rescued one from a shelter or owner giving up the dog, vetted him, worked with him and placed him a new home. A breeder can no longer do that. WHY? AR BS (Animal Rights B.S.)
The head of the HSUS (Wayne P.) said that it is better to be dead than a slave, and ownership by people is slavery. They hate animal ownership and, in particular, they hate purebred dogs.
Recently a kennel had to give up their dogs. Breeders from all over were going to take a dog or two, vet them and then find homes for them. Thanks to this new law, they can no longer do that.
May the blood of these dogs be on the AR activists (they are pleased with themselves) and the legislators who passed the bill.
Looking at his own decadent empire, Cicero wrote:
“Do not blame Caesar; blame the people of Rome who have so enthusiastically acclaimed and adored him and rejoiced in their loss of freedom and danced in his path and given him triumphal processions. Blame the people who hail him when he speaks in the Forum of the ‘new, wonderful, good society’ which shall now be Rome’s, interpreted to mean: more money, more ease, more security, more living fatly at the expense of the industrious.”
