We are a non-profit organization called Odiyana Center. Our main center is in Glastonbury, CT and we also hold a variety of branch classes and special events throughout Connecticut and greater New England. Open to all levels of experience, our classes incorporate practical advice for happy living from Buddha's teachings, guided meditation instruction and time for questions and answers. You don't have to be a Buddhist to join us. You just need a wish to have more peace in your mind and in your life! Our group is a diverse bunch of people from around Connecticut who are seeking to improve their lives through developing their minds. We are passionate about building our supportive community and reaching as many people as possible with the powerful message: "peaceful mind = happy life." Everyone is welcome to meetup with us!
