A monthly meet up group for women interested in inner work and self development a safe and nurturing environment.
We would like to welcome women of all ages to be encouraged and empowered to live in their truth.
• Reclaim a life that expresses the woman you really are and explore ways to build inner strengths that meet life’s challenges.
• Gain inner peace, be resourceful and creative, feel balanced and relaxed.
• Find empowerment as a woman and create the change you want.
• Meet other women and share in their wisdom and life experiences.
Everyone has a story and everyone has gained insight and wisdom along the way. Let's learn from each other and acknowledge our different journeys, recognizing the similarities in learning and growing.
However many of us need encouragment and understanding along the way. Many helpful modalities can bring release from old ways of thinking, beliefs and values to make room for new and fresh insights.
The readiness and openness to embrace new ways of living enables us to gain freedom and peace within. These monthly sharing and learning with and from each other creates a sense of belonging and connectedness not only with each other but with all life. We recognize how all things are connected and nurtured by the same source. We will explore together the source of life and the greater questions of who we are.
Feel inspired, then come along an be part of a wonderful, wise women's group.
