The Mental Wellness Talking Circle provides a safe and confidential non-clinical support community that is unique.
July 2001 I was misdiagnosed with bipolar. During the next seven years I have been to hell and back. Finally, September 2008 I took charge of my mental, physical , emotional and spiritual health. At that point it was clear that the symptoms I experienced were not bipolar. July 2009, I was diagnosed with a stress disorder that originated in childhood.
Cultivating a recovery-oriented attitude is a continous process.
