I think it's hard to find any topic that will appeal to everyone in the group because we've got 2 very different groups. I could see some awesome meetings if we got these 2 groups talking. I'd have a bunch of fun just working on fixing stuff and making suggestions based on past experience.
I know there may be some legal issues here if we're actually touching someone's website. I would think we could get some liability waivers. There's the problem of taking on a situation that's too big to resolve in a meeting. We'd just need to be careful about that and clear about expectations. There would certainly be a bunch of details to sort out.
Maybe it's easiest for now to just have a strategy meeting where we could listen to what store owners want to do and suggest ways to do it. That could be fun and easy.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
