Thursday Evening Track/Speed Workouts

I'm hoping we can do something speed related every Thursday either tempo runs, hill workouts or track workouts. I plan to gear the workouts toward half marathon and marathon distances but all are welcome to join.

    I'm a still a little beat up from Ice Age this week, but I'll definitely get the speedwork going next week and throughout the summer. It would be great to see a Hart Park workout thrown into the rotation. :)
