Thursday Evening Track/Speed Workouts

Our second speedwork session per Arun's request will be Hill's near the water plant (North most part on Lincoln Memorial) we can meet at Alterra and do 5 - 10 Hill's which are roughly 550 meters long (though this can be modified).

      5? Heck these folks are already up n down that hill 6+X. Was gonna swing that way but ya'all 2pm-ers are gonna be gone ;-)

    Are we running the dirt hill or the winding drive? I vote for the muddy hill.

      I think John suggested the long hill at the north end of Lincoln memorial. Also the dirt hill might not be dry enough from the rain. Personally, I would like to do the dirt hills few weeks later when we r done with these gradual hills.

    I am looking forward to the speed workouts.. my new goal, is to get to under 9 minute miles for the marathon. I will be joining you just after vacation... thanks John for organizing these, see you in June!
