Track Workout 4: Week 6 [Plz notice the change from Hill to Track workout]

This week's Plan. 1 mile warm up, 4 to[masked] meters repeats with 400 meters rest in between those repeats, then 1 mile cool down.

      Due to request from John, we changed the plan little bit. You should join us Matt. It's a good substitute for hill workout. Give it a shot you will like it. This week we plan to do 2000 meters repeat, so relatively slower than Yasso 800s.

      I would but i cant run fast due to my shoulder injury. Just cant swing my left arm properly.
