Hill Workout 3: Week 8

Fourth hill work out session. 6-12 hill repeats [ Hill at the north end of Lincoln Memorial drive, where it intersects Kenwood Blvd. We will meet in front of Alterra, first we run approx. 1.5 miles for warm up, then 6-12 hill repeats [ approximately 650 meters uphill on this relatively less steep hill], after that 1.5 miles cool down run.
