Meet at the Evergreen trailhead for some hill based workouts
We may do hill repeats, a very hilly loop, perhaps some uphill bounding or downhill running.
Goal: To get us ready for hilly summer and fall trail races. Also great as a strength workout early in a marathon training plan.
