Plyometric Jump Training in the Park - Tues, Thurs, Sat at 5:30pm
We will be doing one hour plyometric workouts at Klode Park three times a week for the next two weeks. Plyometrics are a form of leg strength training good for all sports including running. We will do group exercises then a series of hurtle exercises you can do at your own pace. One hour of exercises guaranteed to make your legs stronger.
