We will do a 6 mile loop along the lake and park. Then we run a 4 mile loop along Lake Dr. and through the park. The good thing about this run is it gives you options to stop when it's right for you. We like to meet at Alterra for coffee and water when we are done. Bottom line this run is from 4-10 miles. It is easy to split off at 4 miles or at the 6 miles if you don't want to go the full 10.
