Hi, my name is Mindy.
3-5 times a week.
On and off for a long time, but consistently again since 2009.
Eh, maybe slower intermediate :=) Finished a bunch of half marys, my first full marathon and two 50ks in 2012. Training for a few more 50ks this spring followed by hopefully my first 50 miler. Then the Lakefront Marathon this fall!
Not a pro.
I love spending time with friends and family, laughing, reading, traveling, flower gardening, riding my motorcycle.
Thanks for the welcome. I hope to really get to some meetings soon. Unfortunately, Wed/Thurs aren't an option, and getting to the eastside can be difficult. I was wondering if there would be any runners interested in Mon/Tue runs more on the West Side? I'm thinking anywhere at places like New Berlin Recreation Trail/Greenfield Park/Root River Parkway/Whitnall area. Perhaps when it warms up a bit, I'll suggest an event.
thanks for the welcome mindy. judging by the rest of the comments on your page it looks like youre the unofficial welcome wagon. was curious if there were any other 2nd shifters in this group that might get together to run late morning on occasion.

I definitely want to come out with you guys. My work schedule is crazy right now, but hopefully in May my goal is to come out for a nice Saturday morning run. In the mean time, I'm working out in the late afternoons and in the evenings (after 6 pm). Gearing up for the Tough Mudder in Sept. I will hopefully get to run with you soon!
