How often do you run?

4-7 days per week in the summer. In winter I cross-country ski as much as possible, so don't get as much running in.

How long have you been running?

I started out running cross-country in high school and have been going ever since.

Do you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate or a pro runner?

Intermediate. I ran cross-country and track in college, so am pretty experienced, but that was some time ago now.

I have many hobbies including cross-country skiing, traveling, biking, reading and playing piano.
