4-6 days a week
Only a few years of consistent running. 2012 were my first 2 half marthons. My first marathons were in 2013: 2 on the roads and 1 on a trail. I've gained a lot of knowledge about endurance training and racing, mostly from XC ski races. Happy to share what I've learned.

Cross country skiing, biking
I'm going to continue extending my race distances including some 50 mile trail races. Two years ago were my first marathons. I've enjoyed training with the group since the summer of 2012. I also enjoy XC skiing and a bit of biking.
