How often do you run?

Depending on the time of year and events I have scheduled, I'll run one to four times a week.

As a sport, I've been running since 2005.

I've logged quite a few miles, but I'm far from professional.

Triathalon, skiing, camping, motorcycles,cooking and drinking.


I started running in 2005 on a bet. I ran a 5k and won the bet. For some reason I continued running and running has now become an intrical part of my life. Since I started, I've run many races of varying length, including over twenty marathons.
